- Manage advertising material (inventory, orders, shipments, research for new suppliers...)- Coordinate bottling of the sub-contracting products (wines)- Organization and attendance to fairs

- Monitoring national and international press contracts (press release sendings, shooting)- Preparation and organization of sponsorship operations - Management of customers and VIP receptions (travels, bookings, visits...)- Organization of business travels for a sales team of 12 people

- Recording of orders for a portfolio of European customers (prices, conditions, compliance...)- Preparation of the customs and shipping documentation, invoices, customers correspondence
