Responsibilities• Overall control of the European accounting function; • Confirming the financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating the collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial data, preparing special reports; • Work with senior teams to grow the business formulating strategies and plans;• Lead and develop the finance team;• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash; • Formulating European financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy determined by the board; • Overall control of the European financial transactions and accountancy matters, including audit systems; • Presentation of annual accounts with recommendations; • Review monthly results and assist the VP International with financial reporting as required at board meeting and the Annual General Meetings; • Managing company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, as appropriate• Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met; • Responsible for all IT matters Skills and specifications• Strong communication skills: Speak, listen and write in clear; • Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the company; • Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information and activities; • Significant experience in finance; • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness;
