FairPay är en stiftelse som arbetar för att alla ska få idrotta på lika villkor, oavsett kön. Vi arbetar framför allt för att förändra den ekonomiska strukturen inom idrotten så att resurser och ekonomi fördelas mer jämlikt mellan flickor/kvinnor och pojkar/män. Vi driver också egna riktade sociala projekt nationellt och internationellt med fokus på jämställdhet samt skapar ny kunskap via forskningssamarbeten. Tillsammans med näringslivet arbetar vi för jämställd sponsring, CSR och CSV (Creating Shared Value).- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -FairPay is a foundation that works for gender equality within sports. We want sports to be for everyone on equal terms, regardless of gender. Our main objective is to change the economic structure so that economy and other resources are distributed more equally between girls/ women and boys/men. We also run targeted social projects nationally and internationally with a focus on gender equality and create new knowledge through research collaborations. Togheter with the private sector we work for Gender equal sponsorship, CSR and CSV (Creating Shared Value) - shared value both for the society and for companies.

My role is to represent the global organisation Fashion Revolution in line with the organizing principles and campaign strategy. As a coordinator I identify and engage partners and constituents with the campaign and enable them to act as key multipliers wherever possible. I coordinate the effective engagement with the aim to engage a new and wider audience in the campaign.Main roles:- Communications - Policy- Activities-Mobilisation-Education
