I am curious and empathetic at heart. Every role I've had has been a learning opportunity. I have a background in tech where I've focused on the customer experience. My positions have ranged from tech support to managing a book of 34 insurance agencies with nearly $200 million in combined annual revenue. Currently, my focus is on learning/establishing intuitive design that not only does it's job but also feels good to utilize. I'm a hands on learner, I specialize in asking questions, finding the best solutions and ensuring a positive user experience. I seek diverse and inclusive communities where teamwork and compassion come first. Lastly, I believe Robert Frost had it right when he said "In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on. With that in mind, I live with the intention to do good, to be present in each moment, and move forward.
