About Isabelle Behrens

During the past 10 years I have worked in the entrepreneurship and innovation space as well as in architecture, design and wellbeing. Given my background in environmental sciences my aim is to contribute to regenerative development.Alpine Co-Working developed out of my own need to find the working environment I longed for. Working in places where I felt comfortable, relaxed and healthy helped me to perform much better. A week with a few entrepreneurs in a cabin in the north of Sweden back in 2014 made me realize the magic of this setup for turning strangers into friends, who work together.Since the very first retreat in 2015 Alpine Co-Working has hosted retreats for 10 to 250 people in locations from the Alps all the way to Sri Lanka. We have organized off-sites, (un-)conferences and hackathons as well as team trips abroad and always love to explore new formats and adventures. We design and build workspaces for some of Switzerland’s leading startups and tech companies. People, connections and collaboration are always at the heart of our work.
