As President of the Public Relations Student Society of America, I am responsible for upholding this organization and its members to a high standard of learning, networking, connecting, and growing both individually and as a whole. The Ned S. Hubbell PRSSA chapter at Michigan State University is continuously growing, and my role is to continue our growth while connecting members to professionals in and beyond the Lansing area, and ultimately preparing public relations and communications students for success beyond their undergraduate years. Through this role, I take on responsibilities of event planning, connecting with CMPRSA, keeping strong and positive relations with MSU faculty, and leading our executive board to successfully build up PRSSA.

The Bateman Case Coordinator is an executive board position on the Michigan State University Public Relations Student Society of America. The Bateman Case Coordinator's main responsibilities consist of preparing a group of PRSSA members to organize and create a public relations campaign and to represent Michigan State University in the National Bateman Case Study Competiton.

Through the role of Communication and Public Relations Intern at Siwek Construction, I have taken on new challenges of networking, communicating, and marketing. I have taken on the task of curating a monthly newsletter to inform the public of our latest projects, upcoming events, or new advances within Siwek Construction. Within my responsibilities, I continue to educate myself on Siwek Construction’s latest projects and events that are underway and assist in both internal and external communication to foster a better understanding of what is in store. I act as a liaison for the company in order to include all necessary clients and community members in events hosted by Siwek Construction.

I organize and compile research on various toy stores to gain vendors for “Play” by The Magic Playbook products and communicate with their lead partner to ensure successful operations. In addition to this, I research inspiration and current trends in toy shops and boutiques to gauge if our products would fit in well at certain stores, and enter data and contact information for various shops in SalesForce and assist with contacting vendors and retailers.

As Education Vice President of the Beta Delta chapter at Michigan State University, I serve as a member on the Beta Delta executive board where I work alongside six other young women almost daily. As education department head, I oversee eleven other chairwomen in the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities that come with their positions. I assist with planning important events such as Bid Day, Initiation, Founders' Day, Big/Little Reveal, and all other sisterhood events and activities. I am responsible for single-handedly planning two major events for my chapter, one being a senior celebration brunch to honor those who have lead by example for our chapter until the end of their time at Michigan State University. The other event is the annual sisterhood retreat that happens each fall when we welcome our new members into the chapter with a series of sisterhood enriching activities in order to bring members of all different pledge classes together. In addition to all of this, I make myself available as a resource for questions, comments, concerns, and support amongst the women in Gamma Phi Beta to the best of my ability.
