We have also been working with UX/UI, CI/CD-pipelines, git, environments in Docker and Heroku, testing with Jest and Cypress and we’ve worked agile according to Scrum.

Assignment where I worked as Scrum master in the team that developed and maintained a function called My pages on Kronofogden.se. The team consisted of backend- and frontend developers, requirement specialists, testers and UX-designers. The department was in a transitional phase where they wanted to work less Waterfall and more according to Scrum. I began the assignment right at the beginning of the covid pandemic and the team had to quickly adjust to working together but from home with the challenges that included.

I coached the team that was responsible for the maintenance and new development of Scanias global CRM-system. A big part of this assignment and the challenge of the same was to coordinate a multi-national agile Scrum team based in Sweden, India and Brazil, and making them feel, act and develop as a team despite the time difference.

In the role as product owner, I was responsible for requirement analysis and demands with the purpose of, from a user and customer perspective, improving the usability, relevance and the search functionality. This included all digital channels such as desktop, mobile apps and responsive. Close collaborations with other product owners, the sale organisation, customer service, stakeholders and development teams in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Polen was a huge part of this role.Part of the role was to evaluate development needs and requirement analysis for search, relevance, keyword handling (company keywords, synonyms), taxanomy and how the different keywords should be ranked on the site in order to make it as user friendly and relevant as possible. Usability testing and acceptance testing before release to ensure quality and quantity was also required in this role.Internal communication regarding new features and to teach other teams in the organisation about content, search and relevance was also part of my daily assignments.I handled all contact with swedish and norwegian operators regarding inflow of person- and company data with the purpose of maintaining a high quality of data.I was responsible for an outsourced content department in India, which meant daily contact and coordinating their work with the purpose to improve the quality of the person- and company data to ensure that the users got relevant hits when searching on eniro.se

As Scrum Master I coordinated and lead the agile development team that developed the internal content platform. I supported the team in their daily work and made sure to remove any obstacles that would hinder the teams progress. I organised the sprint planning, held dailys, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives as well as came up with new ways of work.I worked a lot with requirement analysis and demands. I also worked very closely with the product owner and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog with focus on optimized business and customer-value.I analysed reported bugs to improve routines and systems.As Test Manager I prepared, lead and was responsible for the nordic testing of the internal content platform before any mayor release. This included preparing test cases and coordinating the testing in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.I was responsible for an outsourced content department in India, which meant daily contact and coordinating their work with the purpose to improve the quality of the person- and company data to ensure that the users got relevant hits when searching on eniro.se

As a process developer I was in charge of developing efficient routines for the department that was administrating the content that is published on eniro.se. The role also included the super user-role for several of the internal content systems. I held in trainings of these systems for other teams and I was responsible for requirement demands and analysis regarding development and was part of testing before release.

This included developing the search - making it more user friendly, training teams in Eniros internal content systems and having a proactive approach to ensure the quality of the site.

This included to analyze and handle development requirements to make sure that the tool got better and made the teams work more efficient.My responsibilities also included creating ads for the customers that had purchased ads on eniro.se. This meant gathering material from customer or from their homepage, edit pictures and then putting together an ad proposal for the customer which was then published on eniro.se.
