I facilitate and help prepare for Salisbury Universities' largest annual fundraiser, Giving Day. I distribute marketing materials, write handwritten letters saying thank you to donors, engage Alumni by creating social media content on different platforms. Once Giving day is completed I distrube personal deliveries to over 1,500 faculty and staff giving campaign letters. Throughout the year, I design personality quizzes on Salisbury Universities Social Toaster engagement website to increase Alumni participation. I continually update the Salisbury Giving website, hosted by Graduway, by adding photos, text, and banners to fundraising campaign pages. I also utulizw Thrutext software to send personalized text messages to over 2,500 Alumni with solicitation messages and event inviations. personally assist the Salisbury University Alumni House with a variety of office tasks. These tasks include answering the phone, data entry, making copies, filing, fundraising, marketing, and other duties that are needed. Additionally, I oversaw Phonathon cold call recordings and provided constructive criticism on each student's ability to build rapport, secure a gift, and adhere to call format.
