Senior Manager, Processing Systems
Current• Perform research to determine IT business requirements and translate such into specifications for technical projects• Perform Gap analysis when migrating solutions to Nuvei's host system• Provide leadership assistance to several other analysts in planning, analysis and execution of plans • Responsable to review all the card brand mandates to determine impact on Nuvei's host sytems• Support the change management process to ensure that effective compliance risk mitigation strategies are in place for new/changing process• Responsible to monitor the Data integrity reports and to determine steps to take to bring auth or clearing in compliance• Assist with mapping to the card brand's specifications• Plan the release windows and cycles across the Nuvei Ecosystem• Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes• Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required• Help plan and manage all release activities• Participate in meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks• Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists• Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification listsCERTIFICATIONS• EMV Certification Specialist for EMV, MasterCard, Visa, Interac, Amex, Discover, Flash, PayWave, PayPass• Troubleshooting of complex EMV related issues and assist external developers in fixing variances• Responsible for assessing and evaluating quality assurance test requirements to determine the scope of the functionality to be covered by testing based on platform, message specifications, connectivity, market and features
