As an ACM I generate and oversee the completion of all renewals, ensuring that information is accurate, and answer any resident questions or concerns. It is also my responsibility to train the leasing consultant on promoting the property and maintaining the property at a minimum of 98% occupancy at all times.

As a Community Assistant, I am basically the link between management and residents here at University Pointe.
