My greatest skill both personally and professionally is developing deep trust and open communication with others - I go beyond the call of a "people person" to facilitate genuine conversations and create meaningful change for both companies and clients. I accomplish this through exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive, people-first approach and strong leadership attributes.These skills and attributes shine in my work with others both in team settings and in market or population-centric work - key accomplishments include the integration of several new permanent products on the menu of a multi-million dollar health food business (which came about via in-person market research with long-term customers who I developed a trusting relationship with) to developing reports providing accessibility to oral hygiene for the marginalized homeless population in Kelowna. I bring this passion for people and life to the rest of my life as well, from my background as a competitive dance professional (working with a team of other creatives to bring these arts to life), to my passion project Belly's Bites, where I share my take on favourite everyday comfort food.
