I conducted research for a literature review on social norms intervention methods and campus sexual violence, and created infographics and other visuals synthesizing data and research for multiple programs presented by Student Wellness.

Managed an average of 120 volunteers (aged 14-50) every week for 7 weeks, including pre-trip communication and ensuring the collection of paperwork to mitigate risk and liability. Supervised repairs done by volunteers for 19 homes, including project planning, budgeting, and instruction for volunteers. Utilized two different databases for project documentation by posting biweekly updates on all projects in the ASPire database and uploading 1200+ project photos to Microsoft Sharepoint. Maintained the official Facebook account for the center by posting biweekly text and photo updates online material, and was recognized for developing a new weekly video program featuring volunteers that increased engagement with online material. Successfully fundraised $6,000 from volunteers and applied for a Federal Home Loan Bank grant worth $8,000 to work on a flood relief project in West Virginia.
