I worked for more than 15 years as a Marketing consultant for French affiliates of major international companies.After completing a Master's degree in Training, I made a career shift in the field of L&D and Coaching.I deliver training in very diverse areas such as constructive communication, conflict management, leadership skills, as well as time management.I hold a Coaching certification from the Coaching Academy, the leading school for coaching qualifications in France. I am also an MBTI practitioner trained around team management and 101 certified in Transactional Analysis.I regularly intervene to support companies of all sizes and sectors. I also feel very close to young people, and have been training high school and university students for oral examinations to enter top Business and Engineering schools for more than 10 years.I am a tutor at Paris Dauphine University, I lead workshops around self-awareness and an approach to MBTI at Sciences Po Paris, and I animate courses around time management, self-esteem and profesional behaviour for the Youth and Enterprise Association, which is promoting partnerships between companies and educational establishments.
