At Crowd DNA, a cultural insights and strategy consultancy, I further developed my skills as a qualitative researcher. I moderated interviews and carried out ethnographic research in skate parks, on hiking trails, in homes and in stores in cities such as LA, Denver, Washington DC, and of course New York - while also being responsible for project management (often spanning multiple continents), analysis, and strategic thinking.

At Insight, my experience expanded to include quantitative research such as segmentations, brand trackers, and customer journey mappings. I also moderated virtual qualitative studies and assisted in focus groups and user experience testing.

I moderated focus groups, carried out user experience tests and concept tests, moderated in-home interviews, participated in ethnographic studies, and carried out in-depth personal interviews. I lead projects, managed client relationships, and was an active part throughout the project lifecycle, including reporting and presentation.

At the Public Relations and brand agency Friends Agenda, I acted as brand strategist, advisor, copywriter, media relations specialist, project manager, and translator. I worked with brand platforms and strategies, media outreach, internal communications, crisis management, and translation and adaptation of Swedish and English texts. During my last few months at the agency I was Acting Press Officer at Riksteatern, one of Sweden’s largest theatre organizations.
