- Lead business operations & operational integration of Skybotix into GoPro post acquisition working with various internal and external stakeholders. - Enabled the newly formed Swiss subsidiary to seamlessly scale from 11 to 30+ employees.- Managed all drone and camera gimbal technology and product development projects for the subsidiary empowering the teams to collaborate efficiently with various stakeholders across different regions and time zones.

Joined Skybotix as first non-engineering team member to build out the operating plan which included overseeing business operations, strategic planning, HR management, recruiting, operational finance and business analysis, communications and business development.Skybotix developed a proprietary sensor solution as well as full autonomy software stack for ground-based and aerial robots.Skybotix joined the GoPro family in July 2015. Played key role in the negotiation process as well as financial and legal due diligence leading up to the acquisition.

Co-founded Instahive, a Swiss online ticketing provider for small and medium sized events.Wore many hats as operational leader of the organisation, owning business plan and strategy development as well as tactical execution including sales, customer onboarding & success, marketing, HR, finance & investor relations.

- Drove channel incentive programs with managed partners & built effective marketing plans to drive strong product demand, served as trusted advisor to partners- Led channel marketing plan for SMB- Drove SMB volume licensing annuity renewals and cross-/upsell opportunities with partners and partner account managers- Led virtual team for yearly marketing planning process for the SMB on-premise business- Contributed to various cross functional teams for product launches
