TESSA is a 6-month entrepreneurial program that helps French-speaking women living in Sweden acquire skills and technics, with 2 different objectives: - work on their employability for those looking for a job in Stockholm,- define the basis of their business models before launching their businesses for the entrepreneurs.I initiated, co-developped and co-animated the weekly program in partnership with the French-Sweden Trade Organization: an offer mixing collective trainings, mentoring and coaching, strategy workshops, trainings on tools and technics, networking opportunities and consulting on the projects.The first TESSA program was delivered in 2019-2020, for a group of 20 attendees.

I provided ongoing guidance to early stage startups being incubated at District 3.District 3 is Concordia University incubation program that works as an innovation hub uniting the Montréal ecosystem for innovators. D3 bring together key players from corporations, government, research, and academia to ensure every innovator and entrepreneur has access to the resources they need to move from idea to impact.

Mandate: Promote the culture of innovation and the "startup spirit" in the Montreal development studio among the incubation unit for highly innovative projects and later among brand teams and support teams.I researched and adapted the Lean Startup methods to the Ubisoft corporate culture. I implemented customer discovery, value maps, value proposition design and business models workshops with the Fun House, the team in charge of incubating highly innovative "blue ocean" projects, to help them stay user-centric throughout their conception and design phases.I also implemented ad-hoc creativity & innovation workshops for support teams in the Montreal Studio.
