I'm working with the East Tennessee Development District to enhance participation in Campbell County’s recycling initiatives. As part of the 'Keep Campbell County Beautiful' campaign, I've developed a curriculum for community meetings aimed at increasing public engagement. I've also designed educational flyers and promotional materials for use in local government buildings and community spaces. My efforts have focused on fostering public buy-in for recycling programs, leveraging strategic communication to raise awareness and drive action toward sustainability goals.

During my time at Wilmot Inc., I contributed to multiple high-impact sustainability projects, including the waste diversion plan for the 2nd Avenue rebuild following the 2020 bombing and the revitalization of the Omohundro Water Treatment Plant in Nashville. I conducted detailed waste audits, calculating the percentage of materials eligible for diversion on 2nd Avenue, and created one-pagers to streamline communication with stakeholders across public and private sectors. Additionally, I developed a comprehensive sustainability master document to serve as a reference across various projects, supporting long-term environmental and operational goals.
