I work close with the marketing team leading the purchase of the menswear printed material for our global H&M windows. The core of my role is project management, communication with internal and external stakeholders as well as a focus on cost optimization and sustainability. Alongside the purchase of non commercial goods I work with business development. I am part of many projects aiming to make our purchases, processes and tools more streamlined and sustainable.

I analyzed and optimized the OMNI assortment and followed, identified, and acted on business opportunities based on selling, consumer behavior and surrounding analysis. I quantified the global assortment and made sure it was locally relevant. I also worked with product development and with the communication and price negotiations with the production offices and suppliers. All above with the final goal to drive profitable and sustainable growth within my categories. I was also a mentor to several newly recruited buyers. I worked at three different departments before I went on parental leave in December 2020, ladies shoes, conscious exclusive collection and ladies underwear.
