BravenX Acceleration Fellowship Program is a foundational experience, designed to begin preparing participants for the increasingly competitive, globalized job marketplace and includes the formation of professional networks, communication in multiple formats, teamwork, development of career skills, and project management. It is aimed at participants in their sophomore or junior year of college who have a desire to attain a strong post-grad opportunity.

Chicago Scholars is a seven-year college access, success, and leadership development program for financial under-resource and first-generation Chicago students. The program focuses on supporting student enroll and matriculate to the most selective colleges, persist through and graduate college, and transition successfully into careers or post-graduate programs.

Students engage in several sessions and learn all aspects of philanthropy and leadership from vision to execution. They receive coaching from some of Chicago’s leaders representing all aspects of the for-profit and not-for-profit communities. The students are assigned to teams to develop a strategy coached by community leaders and focused on the outcome of successful fundraising. Students were able to fundraise a total of $25,000 to donate to Lurie Children’s Hospital.
