I provide advisory and attest services to a range of public and private clients in the tourism, hospitality and leisure, consumer business, and real estate industries. Have served a number of clients, including portfolio companies of private equity investments, real estate investment trusts, cruise lines, hotels, commercial real estate owners, and others. I have experience with spin-offs, IPOs, and privatizations. Extensive financial accounting experience, which includes SEC reporting in areas such as secondary equity offerings, private placements, and debt offerings, as well as acquisition transactions and privatization deals.During my tenure at Deloitte, I have written accounting thoughtware related to the hospitality industry, as well as a cruise line piece included in Deloitte’s Hospitality 2015: Game Changers or Spectators. I also provided insights regarding the Florida tourism market. My industry leadership both within and outside Deloitte make me a valuable resource for my clients’ audit committees and senior management.
