I work in our training center to give training sessions on different topics like Scrum (PSM, PSPO), Agile at Scale like SAFe (Leading SAFe, SAFe PO/PM, SAFe Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe for Architects, SAFe DevOps, Agile Product Management, Safe Advanced Scrum Master ...) I also define "à la carte" training for our clients. It's a great experience to participate in the development of our new offers. I am a trainer for our Management Academy which is used inside PS for our people managers, and can be adapted to a client request to train its own managers. In this case, I work with our client to personalize the training to its value and practices.

Within the SGSS department, I worked on the implementation of the Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and on the change from the role of project manager to the role of product manager. It was a great opportunity to work with different Agile coaches in different places to set up new practices

Axa Banque, Val De Fontenay

In the health context of COVID, as RTE (Release Train Engineer - SAFe) on the AXA Bank production train, I facilitate interactions between the different members of the train: product management, Agile teams, as well as the portfolio, support, Agile center ... In order to ensure predictable and quality deliveries. I set up metric tables to visualize the reality of productions, to give predictability and the impact of the undertaken actions. In a desire for continuous improvement on commitments and portfolio management, I conducted workshops around the definition of expected value and its sharing.

I worked for L'Oreal in the implementation of their DEVOPS transformation. The objective was to implement these principles on projects around the world and in France. Pilot projects were identified and with a team of technical experts and architects, we defined how the traditional L'Oréal project teams could benefit from DevOps principles by gradually adopting these practices.

Psa, Poissy

As part of the development of electric vehicles, PSA has to deliver a battery manager system (BMS)in a schedule that the various suppliers have denounced. To do so, an incremental approach has been chosen. The BMS is a mechatronic product which involves software, hardware, security, mechanical ... experts. Taking into account the stakes, a multi-competent team is set up to make it incrementally, to identify and reduce risks quickly. I coach this team and identify the systemic issues to help the team to deliver

Edf - La Défense

Role:Coach a SAFe train in software development for EDF. This train contains 12 teams and is included in a Large SAFe organization, with a value stream and a portfolio. The goals of this mission are to coach and advice the different people in the different layers to make this train more efficient.Raising awareness of the need to manage change through new ways of working

Role :Coach 12 PSA design teams who provide in functional requirements their different providers organized in SAFe TrainAchievements: > SAFe is adjusted to the Infotainment PSA needs, to fulfil the needs in complex design phase to provide the partners in different domains (software, hardware ...) through the world. > The design teams manage to work together as feature teams with Scrum: different functions working together, which is a big step in this industrial culture > A community of practices for the scrum master exists and help them to share the new practices > Efficient PI planning in the constraints of the organization > The risks are shared and identified, which assure a better transparency > A new agile culture emerges, and tools are rightly used to ease the deployment

RoleThe goal is to deploy the Agile practices to the Europe Section of SAGE. Each country is independent and has its own ways of working, so the goal of my mission was to create a beginning of Agile way of working, and determine how to apply it in the different countries. Achievements:> Survey creation to define a state of the art of the practices in the different countries, and to define where to start> Meeting with Agile representatives in prioritized countries to define action plan> Team coaching in Barcelona to identify the main differences in the organization> Dedicated professional internal network to different Agile subjects ( practices, management, culture)> Define and Support of a Transformation Plan to create Agile Center in the different countries and to support and coach them> Definition of a Maturity Model of Agile practices

Kondor+ is a heavy application with lots of components.
