Managed day-to-day operations for fleet of 300+ vehicles, including 150+ electric vehicles, which are rented by individuals for use at rideshare and delivery companies, such as Lyft, Uber, Postmates, Amazon Flex, Door Dash and more.Responsible for daily customer interactions: on-boarding new members, assisting in billing and technical issues, resolving needs related to vehicle maintenance. Met KPI 90% uptime by coordinating with dealerships, mobile cleaning, recovery companies etc. to ensure quick vehicle turn around and availability.

Senior Community Associate Launched first Lyft driver in-person support office in San Diego.Led support team for local Express Drive renters, utilized Zendesk to efficiently manage, delegate, and answer support tickets.Resolved a variety of customer service needs including drivers’ technical, pay, ratings, and compliance issues.Community Associate - Express Drive Lead Launched first Express Drive rental program in San Diego in partnership with Maven - General Motors.Responsible for customer success: onboarding new members to ensure program compliance and advised best practices for rideshare driving.Worked closely with partner company, Maven - General Motors, to maintain and manage fleet; upholding state and company standards for vehicle condition.

Contributed to growth of fast growing Event Management App start up.Consistently met and exceeded sales goals and monthly quotas. Qualified leads to understand customer’s specific needs and interests, negotiated contracts, and closed sales.
