Après un parcours de 20 ans dans le domaine du développement durable, j'ai rejoint le groupe VINCI en tant que directrice de l'environnement, en 2019, avant d'être nommée au comité exécutif du Groupe.C'est un défi important du fait de l'urgence climatique, auquel je m'efforce de répondre avec humilité et détermination. Passionnée par cette mission, persuadée que nous avons tous un rôle à jouer et que chaque action compte, je cherche à mener la transformation énergétique en développant nos engagements (décarbonation, gestion des ressources, préservation de la biodiversité, résilience) et en favorisant et valorisant les bonnes pratiques au sein de VINCI, dans toutes nos entreprises, dans les 120 pays où nous sommes présents, auprès de nos 260 000 collaborateurs.J'utilise LinkedIn pour partager points de vue et initiatives, sensibiliser et convaincre, et bien sûr pour échanger.
