The business unit Drug Development and Manufacturing (DDM) provides services in the field of preclinical formulation or the manufacturing of IMP’s.I am responsible for:• representing the Analytical Development department in the local Management Team• day-to-day management and coaching of the analytical team (30 people);• the delivery of the analytical services on time, within budget and with the required quality standards;• the analytical services such as method development and validation, Incoming Quality Control, QC release and stability testing, based on a phase-appropriate approach;• close interaction with internal and external stakeholders of a project such as formulation and production, project management, QA, customers, vendors and suppliers.
