Isabel came in and together we opened and she went on to administer our office in Central America with an initial max capacity of 15 engineers. She managed the growth of the office to over 100 in the span of a couple of years. This was a monumental effort, and she more than stepped up to the challenge. As I moved on, Rulesware's Central America office was declared one of the top 5 technology companies to work for in the country in at least one survey. None of this would have been possible without her. She was a key member of the team, and I look forward to a day that I can work with her again."
