Building sustainable care structures for people living with obesity in Germany.

As a member of the Connected Lab team, I was responsible for managing the internal communication platform, ensuring smooth operation and administration of its content and functionalities. My role included reporting on performance KPIs and optimizing the team's web presence by brainstorming and benchmarking main features and executing updates. In addition to that, I supported in facilitating efficient lead management processes through the use of Salesforce and HubSpot.

As a working student I managed the internal Merck communication platform guaranteeing its seamless administration, operation as well as creating its content.

During my internship at the Innovation Center, I took on the task of creating and planning the global monthly internal newsletter 'Innovator's Notes'. I leveraged my skills in email marketing to produce compelling content, writing editorial teasers and articles, conducting interviews, and producing and editing videos.In addition to my newsletter responsibilities, I served as a valuable marketing partner for the Science & Technology Platform team. I played a key role in the conceptualization, promotion, and implementation of new training and newsletter formats, creating new platform tutorials and planning and executing a virtual event to market the platform.My internship at Merck was a rich and rewarding experience. I was also actively involved in promoting Merck programs, creating content for the global virtual event format 'Innovators' Club' and the Innovation Summer School 2021.

During my internship, I was privileged to be part of the product team as they embarked on the pre-launch for the Spinal Muscular Atrophy indication. My active involvement in developing copy and crafting messaging for a disease awareness campaign allowed me to apply my skills and knowledge in a practical setting. I am grateful for this formative experience and look forward to applying what I learned in future endeavors.

As a working student, I was given the opportunity to immerse myself deeply in the realm of social media for a three-month duration. This involved working on both large-scale campaigns and managing daily social media activities for clients, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the field.

During my internship at Ogilvy in Düsseldorf, Germany, I had the opportunity to work with the Corporate Communications team and concentrate on medical-scientific and commercial distribution channels. My goal was to assist clients in successfully promoting and enhancing their brands. I was hands-on in crafting impactful stories as part of disease awareness campaigns, leveraging my skills to drive results.

As an intern, I gained valuable experience in both project management and customer service, as well as honing my skills in graphic design and artwork. I received an in-depth introduction to using Adobe's graphic programs, which has since become a valuable tool in my professional toolbox.
