As a project development intern at Living Home Construction & Design, I assist with preparing accurate cost estimates for various construction projects. I collaborate closely with project managers, our estimator, our operations, accounting and office manager, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, I have continued to work with Redstart Construction virtually by contributing to the company's social media presence, campaigns, and event planning, leveraging my skills in advanced social media strategy and content marketing.Concurrently, I am a business student at the David Eccles School of Business and the Honors College, where I am studying operations and supply chain management. I am passionate about learning business fundamentals and applying them in practical, day-to-day contexts to achieve my early career goals. In my role as an Eccles Business Scholars Ambassador and teaching assistant, I mentor 15 freshmen, work to create a positive learning environment, and provide individualized academic support.To further expand my global business expertise, I recently had the opportunity to study abroad in Australia and New Zealand. Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into the operations and supply chain management practices of companies operating in a global market. Furthermore, I collaborated with a team to develop a business proposal for The Smallest House in Amsterdam, a unique tourist attraction and tea shop, which allowed me to apply my problem-solving skills and cultural awareness in an international context. I also have a deep love for traveling and exploring new cultures, which has allowed me to develop a diverse perspective and adaptability in various business settings.Driven by the constant evolution of the business landscape, I strive to bring energy, positivity, and discipline to every project I undertake. I am eager to gain more hands-on experience, learn from industry professionals, and expand my network in the construction and consulting industries.
