Provided operations, logistics, and institutional coordination for the Pew Fellows Program in Marine Conservation, the Conservation Science Team, and other projects within the Research and Science portfolio, which combined manages 130+ active contracts/grants. Created and maintained grant-deliverable tracking-tools and project management materials to facilitate financial reporting and programmatic reporting for senior management.Researched products and vendors, and conducted vendor assessments based on stakeholder requirements and business needs to pivot from in-person to virtual conference hosts.

Provided highly-rated customer support to over one million members nationwide, assessed through a company survey campaign to native English and Spanish communities.Doubled the processing rate of student transcripts resulting in an additional $100,800 in membership revenue. Created an internal shipping department that was capable of delivering 1,000+ customer products per week.

Brooklyn

Reviewed and analyzed 400+ case studies for students with educational needs to designate their personalized educational curriculum. Redesigned the application process and file management for the program to comply with grant work- scopes, donor and programmatic goals. Managed staff to organize and update all the physical files of the 2015 students in only one quarter, clearing the six-month backlog.
