Our strategic approach to video is one that is insight led. This means before we even think about what the video could look like, we spend time researching. This generates data driven knowledge, ensuring strategies are emotionally intelligent as they are mined directly from a clients audience, allowing them to reach, communicate and connect directly with their customers.

Mytime Active is a commercially focused charitable trust working in partnership with local authorities to deliver a range of leisure, golf and health services. Employing circa 500 permanent staff with a bank of approximately 700 casual workers. Achievements included change management of company culture transformation into commercially focused social enterprise (the more profit made, the more reinvested into the facilities) leading to growth in profitability over three years through business development, successful people resourcing, performance and reward. Actively contributing to company growth in new contract negotiation with regards to staffing (TUPE), mobilisation of new sites and programmes and integration into Mytime culture. Improvement of company staff to income ratio through support of Divisional Managers to streamline structures and implement necessary changes in line with legal requirements and balance costs/risks and benefits of changes. Achievement of Investors in People at reassessment against new standards in 2008.
