- Responsible for the development of the Alliance for Gender, accompanying companies that adhere to improvement processes in terms of Gender and opening spaces for exchanging good practices.- Evaluation of the Corporate Sustainability Ranking under the PROhumana Sustainability Model, in order to identify the Companies with the best Sustainability practices.

Responsible for developing and providing operational advice on TECHO financing in the 19 countries, through the development of tools and the availability of learning to meet the financing goal of 20 million dollars per year international fundraising strategies for TECHO.- Responsible for developing and consolidating quantitative and qualitative goals set for various financing channels, such as corporate partnerships, individual donations, and international corporations. (19 Latin American countries, USA, and UK).

- Responsible for defining the organization structure, creating chart, responsibilities, flow of relationships and hierarchies, definition of remuneration for the national team- Lead and management of the commercial team at the national level (Communication, Fund Development, Administration, Finance and Legal)- Develop and direct the national commercial strategy, in coordination with the international office and regional financing offices

- Responsible for establishing and coordinating volunteer teams in five cities in Ecuador (Quito, Guayaquil, Cuenca, Loja, and Ambato).- Responsible for networking and signing strategic corporate contracts.Goals:- Accountable for organizing and developing the first and only Gala fundraising event for a total of 70,000 USD. - Coordinate a national fundraising event of approximately 1,400 volunteers in five different cities achieving a total of 385,000 USD.

Responsible for the coordination and follow up of 300 national and 60 regional entrepreneurs, establishing guidelines for initial presentations, distribution of resources and constant support throughout the business plan development, quality control, marketing research, and approval processes.- Organized and lead workshops to capacitate entrepreneurs for various stages of the program.
