–Analyzed legal questions and drafted memoranda on policy and news related to workplace sexual harassment and assault.–Served on steering committee for sexual harassment policy workshop co-hosted with the Harvard Law School Executive Education Program, coordinating attendee outreach and helping devise an effective, marketable corporate certification program.–Researched various legal and tax considerations for the organization’s incorporation and nonprofit filings.
