Isabel Ramos-Lebrón works at the National CACFP Sponsors Association as the Nutrition Education Specialist where she educates CACFP Sponsors and Providers on the Child Nutrition Program: CACFP. Helping to promote nutrition security through resource development and webinars. She previously had the privilege to be employed at the San Antonio Food Bank in the Nutrition, Health & Wellness division as the Wellness Education Manager. Here she supervises, coordinates, & schedules nutritionists and other health professionals to educate in our San Antonio communities about nutrition, physical activity, gardening, and other wellness topics.Previously, Isabel was employed at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as an ARAMARK Patient Services Manager for the Formula and Human Milk Management Center. In 2013, she graduated from the ARAMARK Healthcare Distance Dietetic Internship in CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Healthcare System in San Antonio, Texas. She earned a Masters of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 2012. Isabel has been involved in several research studies including Rutgers Infant Nutrition and Growth (RING) Project, HomeStyles Project, and PepsiCo Willow Comes to WIC. These experiences and various others have guided her to a career as a Registered Dietitian, where she is able to help people obtain optimal health and provide nutritional education in local hospitals and communities.
