Marketing Assistant within the Bosch DIY Powertools team over a 12 month placement.Responsibilities included;Managing student recruitment for 2015.- Contacting universities to advertise the roles available- Creating a database of applicants and partner universities- Attending recruitment fairs - Organising two assessment centre days for applicants across all brands- Conducting competency based interviews alongside the brand manager Implementing Bosch DIY into a new account with 200 plus stores. Involving precise co-ordination on my behalf of logistics, POS creations, merchandising and our press office to ensure we met our deadlines.Handling a close relationship with PR agencies, setting and discussing KPI’s, overseeing press releases and approving campaigns.Handling and managing our departments communications budget.Designing and implementing POS in stores.Managing and co-ordinating DIY brand events such as Chelsea Flower Show.Presenting and representing DIY to our business partners.Re-designing the packaging of the best selling product for the UK market.
