Mar a Mar is an non profit organization with a mission to help rural communities grow in a sustainable, socially inclusive manner using the best practices from regenerative and circular economy concepts. We work with the communities along a hiking trail, El Camino de Costa Rica, that we manage as the destination manager company. We are committed to protecting the biodiversity of each community and invest in environmental education. Our work has a wide range of activities since we work from the starting point of needs and priorities of each community towards the goal of creating new sources of employment and income in the sustainable tourism sector.
