Running monthly payroll and managing the workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.Ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements, including tax and Social Security filings. If required, liaise with the tax authorities on a monthly /quarterly basis.Maintain, control and update personnel information and payroll data of employees in SAP HR.Establish internal controls to ensure compliance for audit purposes.Acts as liaison with employees in answering questions, providing alternatives and facilitating decision making.Regular communication with HR local: conference calls, coordination of changes that affect or modify operations in our teams.

Develop and promote training plan objectives and supervise their accomplishment. Organize, update and maintain documents, records and files for training purposes. Design of a “Personal Integration Plan” for each participant. Performance management on a quarterly basis.
