Investing in a psychedelic retreat, guided journey, or shamanic experience is a big commitment of time, energy, and money. However, most retreat centers and facilitators don't offer adequate preparation for practitioners to navigate expanded states skillfully and productively. Psychedelics give us access to states of consciousness that don't operate by the same rules as our default reality. Most people are not skilled at navigating expanded states, and it takes time and practice to learn how to do it properly. I help folks learn and practice the skills they need before the journey so that they know what to do when the time comes. I have over 30 years of experience navigating expanded states of consciousness and have been helping people prepare for, navigate, and integrate their psychedelic journeys since 2005.
