CurrentAs an Interim Recruiter at Onboard, I have worked for multiple national and international organizations. My duties included, but were not limited to:- Establishing and executing recruitment campaigns- Setting-up recruitment processes aimed at decreasing time-to-hire- Operational implementation of all recruitment tasks- Improving candidate experience- Project management- Meetings with clients; candidate and customer contact- Setting-up social media campaigns- Improving brand identity- (Strategic) concept creation - Editing, design- Improving employer branding- Writing and/or posting vacancies- Process optimization- Organizing selection events; up to 50 candidates in one day
