As the Food Market coordinator, I was the liason between caterers and the location and the festival. I scouted out different restaurants and businesses serving food to serve as different representatives of different regions of Asia. I coordinated equipment management between location and caterers.

2023 I was the only producer for this retrospective edition of Leiden Shorts. This was quite manageable, as this festival was much smaller than usual and concentrated on two locations. Prior to the festival days, I was in charge of different organisational matters, such as catering, and equipment research, ordering, and pick-up/drop-off. During the days of the festival, I was the acting volunteer coordinator and location manager of the heart of the festival, at Kijkhuis. 2024As this edition has expanded in scope, I became a Co-Producer as the production team expanded to include a Main Producer and Industry Coordinator. I was in charge of several factors of production. Guest Relations - I was the main point of contact for the Filmmakers and several internationally-based Jury members when it came to confirming their attendance and accommodation during the festival. I was the primary contact for the hosts during our homestay project, and was the one to provide communication between hosts and filmmakers.Volunteer Coordination - I made the volunteer guidebook, and created the schedule with the help of filmchief, and was their primary contact person leading up to and during the festival.Location Manager - I was the primary location manager of the heart of the festival, Kijkhuis. I made sure films started on time, that speakers had the appropriate equipment needed, and that nothing was going wrong. Production Planning - With the Main Producer's help, I created the draaiboek and call sheet overview for everyday of the festival. Furthermore, this included getting things set up for our pop-up events at the Kijkhuis Square and other special programming centered in Kijkhuis. Decoration and build-up of locations were also overviewed by me.Catering - Both for the team and Jury members, I coordinated catering. After the festival, I was in charge of clean-up.

As Production Assistant, I was tasked with the reinforcement of all facets of the production team, this included: event production, decoration production, guest relations, volunteer coordination, and ticketing. Other tasks that I became quite familiar with were accreditation, and filling in details in the schedule script/draaiboek. Throughout the festival itself, I did a lot on on-site tasks. I was a room manager at EYE Filmmuseum and I coordinated volunteers and catering for some days.

As Secretary, I played a supporting role to my fellow committee members. I communicated with external relations in coordinating our Lustrum Party, and collaborated with our Marketer with communicating with different artists featured in our gallery showing. Our events ranged from professional, social, and artistic.

Communication with students, hosts, and third-party locations were my primary tasks. When it became clear that this edition of the festival would move online, I shifted my priorities to assisting my fellow Board Members, and in the production of decorations that would be set up for the stage and the interview lounge.

My role at CCD-NL was wide-spread and all-encompassing. I aided in funding, social media posting, research, copywriting of reports and summaries, creation of newsletters and emails, outreach communication with Dutch artists and designers, photography and event management.
