More information about the issues, increasing its discussion?); the community management (choose the best/adequate contents to share and moderate conversations is the key to give relevant information, increase the discussion and foment the opportunity of people's engagement into the association's activities and/or participate on its sustainability - possibly even downright offensive lines); and to lead generation (understanding people's behaviour, mindsets and processes, and organizational behaviour is a bonus to facilitate this job). And being a social researcher to action in this cultural diversity of people's relations and interactions plus, a social mediator, can be operated to seek an improvement of the NGO's outcomes in this specific area, and motivate changemakers in society.

In short, the whole process has to first end the personal and social development - and citizenship skills - children and, as the ultimate, its curriculum enrichment - although there is interdependence of both.
