I have loved to bake ever since I helped my mother make cookies in my townhouse kitchen, and since then I have pursued a career in baking. I am a Johnson & Wales graduate with a Bachelor in Science degree in Food Service Entrepreneurship and two years of basic training in many elements of baking and pastry such as bread baking, plating, classic and modern pastry, and cake decorating. I have obtained four years of professional experience in both hotel and restaurant pastry departments throughout New England and Montana. I have developed skills in time management, multitasking, communication and decision making through my experience in the kitchen. My strongest areas of kitchen work are prep and production and I am interested in finding full-time employment in Boston, MA.
