I have worked both broadly and in-depth with HR for 20 years. During this time, I have had the privilege of working with many different types of operations, from large global enterprises to small entrepreneurial companies, both private and municipal, across a variety of industries and collective agreements. This has given me a wide experience and understanding of different operations. I am curious and driven by learning and trying new things. The business always excites me, and I am business-oriented in my HR work, both in operational work and when connecting the HR strategy to the business strategy.
