Inspire systems redesign that holds equity at its core through project management, program development, and facilitation.*Ensure equity, diversity in perspective, and accessibility are top priorities in the development and execution of all project initiatives*Build relationships with project stakeholders that is centered on transparent communication and respects the expertise and knowledge present*Develop a project work plan and create visual transparency of the project scope, deliverables, methods, progress, and responsibilities*Schedule, plan and facilitate meetings to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met*Develop evaluation protocol, conduct data collection, and analyze data to inform project design*Provide critical feedback, coaching, and technical assistance to leadership, staff, teams, and stakeholders working in partnership to achieve deliverables *Execute and manage project initiatives, adapting and incorporating learnings to mitigate risks, achieve deliverables, and adhere to budgetary requirements*Navigate and solve operational challenges that may occur during the various project stages *Transfer knowledge and skills where necessary to ensure continuous improvement and embed learnings within the organizations culture
