FRAGRANCE CONSULTING: I have been in the fragrance industry for more than 20 years and an independent fragrance consultant since 2009. In that time, I have built a substantial international network that includes multinationals in the FMCG sector, such as Reckitt Benckiser, Colgate Palmolive, Sara Lee, and Unilever, smaller niche clients, and the top four fragrance houses – Givaudan, IFF, Firmenich, Symrise. As a fragrance consultant I serve as a bridge between my clients and the fragrance houses, and apply this expertise in a wide range of development, innovation, and cost-saving projects:-- Product development and innovation - from idea to ‘on the shelf’, including PR, Marketing, and Distribution.-- Cost savings, such as through re-engineering fragrances or revising the fragrance portfolio.-- Develop core list of fragrance suppliers and write fragrance briefs. -- Mapping and improving an entire product – and fragrance – portfolio.-- Analysis of total product and fragrance portfolio and implementation of improvements (European / Global).-- Interim projects in marketing, sales, and product development.-- Improvement of fragrance development processes.-- General advice on any fragrance issue related to body care, home care, and fine fragrances.TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOPS:I also offer fragrance workshops that function as team building exercises. Participants develop a perfume, a concept board, a fragrance name, and a short presentation. All workshops can be customized to a client’s needs and can be given in English, Spanish, or Dutch.
