For each of the three University of Michigan football seasons from 2012 to 2014 I lined recycling bins around Michigan Stadium helping to get over forty tons of waste recycled in 2013, and a 273 percent decrease in overall waste from 2013 to 2014. I also participated in spreading awareness by educating fans on the various ways they can recycle. Finally, I communicated across stakeholder groups within the recycling department in order to develop a culture of teamwork.

I also increased awareness for state park protection, getting petitions signed and speaking with Ann Arbor locals about the importance of voting and contacting elected officials.
