As ambassador for the RSM master Strategic Management, I will help prospective students in their journey of choosing a master. This includes chatting with students to answer questions, giving campus tours, and helping on the Master Open Days.

This consultancy project is set up by study association MaEur. Together with a team of 6, we work on a consultancy case for travel agency TUI. During a timeframe of 4 months, we conduct a research phase, gather data and come up with a solution to help TUI. This whole time we are guided by consultancy company Riverwise. As Team Lead, I am responsible for the centralized contact with both companies and our supervisor from MaEur.

As the Advisory Board of Erasmus Recruitment, we provide the new board with feedback, advice and personal experiences to help them in their process of organizing this event.As chairwoman, I will lead the meetings and act as the main contact person for the different parties.

The Erasmus Recruitment Days take place in January and February, and is the largest on-campus recruitment event of Europe. Our board is supported by the Project Managers Career from study associations STAR and EFR, from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. As chairwoman, I am responsible for the final event, and I support my 6 board members in their tasks. This allows me to improve leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

As Footprint Analyst, I was responsible for checking footprint results and making corrections if necessary. Additionally, I provided content for the platform and assisted in customer-specific work and other afterwork.

Parttime job working in the restaurant of HEMA

I do this internship for my studies. Until the end of December I will be in Seville to work fulltime as a HR assistant at Spain Internship.
