1- HelpMum, a health technology company with an ongoing project aimed at improving access to vaccination for mothers who use smart phones and have vaccine-eligible children (the “Target Audience”) located in northern, southern, and western states in Nigeria through its vaccination chatbot (the “Project”).2- Lead the infusion of our Helpmum Vaccination Tracker, Helpmum Al innovation - ADVISER and Helpmum chatbot in to all primary health centers each state.3- Provide support to nursing mothers and health workers and ensuring that they are downloading and using the Helpmum Vaccination Tracker properly.4- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including health workers and government officials.5- Serve as the primary point of contact for Helpmum in each state.6- I helped the organization by monitoring the field Officer when downloading the vaccination tracker to the caregivers for reminding them the next visit for immunization.7- To analyze and validate the data for the organization to ensure that data is qualitative data.8- To track the staff always are working diligently and follow them to the Field to overseeing the work.9- To achieve this, HelpMum is undertaking research to identify and understand the existing barriers to the accessibility of its vaccination chatbot to its Target Audience and proffer solutions and strategies to address the barriers (the “Project Research”).HelpMum desires to engage the Field Officer to provide the services towards the Recruitment of mothers with vaccine-eligible children specifically targeting male children aged 0-5yrs and female children aged 0-14yrs and the field officer has agreed to undertake the services.

1- I help the ministry to prevented and controlled the disease outbreak in some areas of kano state.2- Ensured the hospitals all are fully functioning and the patient is been treated.3- To reduce the burden of disease.

Specifications of achievemen :1- Coordinated Malaria prevention and control effort at a grassroot level 2- Contributed and worked with the relevant personnel to prepared all necessary start up.3- Oversee social mobilization activities at a different local communities.4- Trained community health workers , and engaged stakeholders ensured successful implementation of malaria control.5- Through my worked with a different NGOs such as society for family health, New incentives all babies are equal, helpmum Africa, sydani initiative.

Assessing the operation’s compliance with the policies of the organization.2- Provide vigilant, insightful, and thorough assessments of the possibility of employee, clinic staff, or community member fraud.3- Talk with various stakeholders, including beneficiaries, to get feedback on program-related issues and gaps for the organization.4- Confidentially carry out on-ground investigations against specific employees or operational areas.5- Plan and review auditing activities, including reporting adherence to routine immunization procedure by clinic staff, and to program policies and cash management procedures by employees.6- Observe, report, and escalate security issues communicated by employees, caregivers, and stakeholders to the Senior Field Manager.7- Confirm and report that clinic gifts are being distributed as per the program schedule to stakeholders.8- Ensure the ABAE Progress Poster is being updated.9- Analyze risks related to fraud and financial loss and develop measures to reduce these risks.10- Ensure the timely completion of audits.

Specifications of achievement:1-Supported organizationa program that utilize cash conditional transfers ( CCTs ) encourage mother's complete immunization schedule of their infant.2- Screened and enrolled care givers at public clinic and ensured clinic.Through my role. I helped organization reduced infant mortality rate in my clinic environment .3- Monitor and attested all vaccine documents on the child immunization card and administrated to the eligible infants before making disbursement.4- Rapid assessment in highly immunization lacking areas.5- I helped program increase immunization acceptance across assigned clinic through targeted outreaches, settlement awareness and a community dialogue.6- Tracked defaulted caregivers/mother's completed immunizations scheduled of their infant.7- Utilized advanced data collection tools and techniques to ensured and accurate reliable data.
