As a Resident Assistant at MTSU, I foster a positive and inclusive community by supporting the academic, social, and personal development of residents. I provide guidance and mentorship, coordinate events, and act as a first point of contact for resolving conflicts and addressing student needs. I also collaborate with campus resources to ensure a safe and engaging living environment while upholding university policies. Through this experience, I’ve developed strong leadership, crisis management, and interpersonal communication skills, helping to build a supportive, vibrant residence hall community.
