I am managing the register and all sales for afternoon/evening shifts, in charge of all the money flowing through the truck from cash & credit card sales, and responsible for closing reports and distributing all orders.

I prepare and cook a variety of desserts including ice cream sundaes, milkshakes, churros, and donuts.I also manage all food preparation, inventory, and cooking processes during afternoon/evening shifts.

I work as a marketing person who manages the social media accounts for various food trucks located at a food truck park, as well as the park's own Instagram account. I am constantly posting the menuchanges, updates to operating hours, and photos of favorite/special dishes.

I solely operate a commercial company van to various locations across the island of Maui, delivering,loading, and unloading food onto boats, food trucks, and at special catering events. I am also in charge of managing, picking up, and stocking our inventory at all times.

I served as a head coach for both of the academy's youngest two teams. All children were born from2014-2016 and I would lead them through various exercises that I would prepare on my own before thetraining session. I would host training two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 4:45-6 pm.
