10+ years of experience in the education field (secondary and higher education). Educator by passion, inspiring the future by purpose, and motivating the masses to achieve their level of success. I am proud to currently serve and partner with students at four local high schools as a workforce development coach with Tarrant To & Through Partnership (T3). My mission is to walk alongside students, assisting in their education of foundational job readiness core skills. At the completion of high school, it is my duty to coach, influence, and inspire students to be equipped with the tools necessary to successfully access industry-based livable wages within their desired career post high school graduation.
