Within this role, I work to create a welcoming environment for all visitors by sharing my personal NKU experience through facilitating and leading the campus visit experience (telling my NKU story when in contact with prospective families) and executing assigned Admissions follow-up strategies for all NKU visitors. I provide customer service for Welcome Center visitors and carry out daily operational tasks including event prep, visitor follow-up outreach, etc.

As the Junior Vice Polemarch for the South Central Province of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity Inc, I have a hand in all the operations of our Province (region) and its functionality representing the Undergraduate members. Ensured prompt and productive adherence to guidelines for over 450 undergraduate students, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Maintained operational order and cohesion across multiple undergraduate chapters spanning Kentucky, Tennessee, and Northern Mississippi.Effectively delegated responsibilities from the Province Polemarch to the Undergraduate Board of Directors, optimizing team performance and achieving organizational goals.

Planned and organized fundraisers and campus-engaging, informative events that highlighted personal and professional development.Uplifted my community through work with mentorship programs such as Kappa League and other volunteer efforts across the Newport/Cincinnati community.Coordinated the annual Miss Krimson & Kreme Scholarship Pageant.Fundraised $3,000 to produce the pageant while also awarding the winner a $1,000 scholarship.Frequently used Canva to create and distribute event flyers.
